NOK 16 million awarded to Sindre Lee-Ødegård

Sindre Lee-Ødegård has been awarded NOK 16 million in the Excellence Emerging Investigator Grant in endocrinology and metabolism from the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
- To receive such to receive such prestigious funding is a fantastic recognition of years of hard work on an important topic, says Lee-Ødegård.
The award has been given to the project "Type 2 diabetes mellitus in migrant south Asians: Pathophysiology, phenotypes and management".
